Step one: Identify the product/service funded by sources by committed /potential• add/remove product/service funded by source rows as appropriate; and• replace each product/service funded by source with the physical name ofthe product/service and funding organisation (including department ifappropriate).Step two: Determine the financial years with the product/service funding forthe life of the project (year 0 is the start of the project and the financial yearis April - March) -• add/remove year… columns as appropriate; and• replace the year heading with the physical financial year e.g. 09/10 etc.Step three: Calculate and enter funding for each financial year for eachproduct/service determine the funding in £ks -• within the same financial year the project starts, and enter this in thedepartment’s row and year 0 column.
