<strong>Don</strong> <strong>Field</strong> <strong>Decommissioning</strong> <strong>Programme</strong>DON-<strong>BP</strong>-0013.7 Production and Water Injection Flowline JumpersThe <strong>Don</strong> <strong>Field</strong> includes five oil production and two water injection wells. These wells aretied back to the <strong>Don</strong> manifold using 4in rigid and flexible flowline jumpers, as shown inFigure 10.13.All flowline jumpers contain either raw or inhibited seawater and are disconnected at oneor both ends.Figure 10.13 <strong>Don</strong> <strong>Field</strong> Flowline and Umbilical Jumpers3.8 Control and Chemical Injection JumpersControl umbilical jumpers were connected between the <strong>Don</strong> manifold and eachwellhead. PN02 and PN05 control jumpers have been removed and all other controljumpers disconnected.The chemical injection system has been inoperable since 1995. The jumpers have beendisconnected at the wells and may contain scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor, demulsifierand methanol.Jumpers are routed on the seabed with flexiweight mattresses used for stabilisation,where necessary.3.9 Protection and Stabilisation FeaturesThe <strong>Don</strong> pipeline system uses flexiweight mattresses, grout formworks and grout bagsand rock dump protection features.
