For the domestic market, we<br />

sometimes provide additional<br />

information in labeling. We provide<br />

tag lines, such as ‘Tough on Pain’<br />

on our Nise® gel packs in addition<br />

to pictorials.<br />

For all EM markets, we give only<br />

label claim, and in few cases<br />

warning, as per market requirement.<br />

stakeholder against the company<br />

regarding unfair trade practices,<br />

irresponsible advertising and/or anticompetitive<br />

behavior during the last<br />

five years and pending as on end of<br />

financial year. If so, provide details<br />

We do not have pending litigations<br />

before any judicial or quasi-judicial<br />

forums, relating to our involvement in<br />

unfair trade practices, irresponsible<br />

advertising and/or anti-competitive<br />

behavior. However, there were a<br />

few legal notices issued by certain<br />

individuals in relation to the above<br />

claims. Such notices have not ended in<br />

any litigation as on date.<br />

4. Did your company carry out<br />

any consumer survey/consumer<br />

satisfaction trends?<br />

Our primary research team regularly<br />

conducts consumer surveys in all<br />

therapy areas. One such example is<br />

the survey carried out with Hepatitis<br />

C patients to understand their unmet<br />

needs with sensitivity. It helped us<br />

design services for patients to aid them<br />

with our therapy. We have carried out<br />

more such surveys for products like<br />

Venusia®, Razo and in the space of<br />

nephrology. Such surveys helped us<br />

get useful feedback on our products.<br />
