Shareholders holding physical shares<br />

may, if they so desire, send their<br />

nominations in Form SH-13 or cancel/vary<br />

the nomination already made, in Form SH-<br />

14 of the Companies (Share Capital and<br />

Debentures) Rules, 2015, as amended,<br />

to the Registrar and Transfer Agent of<br />

the Company. Those holding shares in<br />

dematerialised form may contact their<br />

respective Depository Participant (DP) to<br />

avail the nomination facility.<br />

EXCHANGE OF SHARE<br />

CERTIFICATES<br />

Standard Equity Fund Ltd. (SEFL),<br />

Cheminor Drugs Ltd. (CDL), American<br />

Remedies Ltd. (ARL) merged with Dr.<br />

Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. in the years<br />

1995, 2000 and 2001 respectively. Also,<br />

during the year 2001, the Company<br />

sub-divided the face value of its equity<br />

shares from ` 10/- to ` 5/-. Hence, the<br />

share certificates of the above three<br />

companies and old share certificates of<br />

` 10/- face value are no longer valid.<br />
