Ensuite, les communes jouent aujourd'hui un rôleprimordial dans la diffusion des messages préventifs auprès de leur population. Il est donc indispensableà ce niveau d'améliorer la communication avec le grand public et d'adapter l'information aux publics visés.Notre réflexion s'est alors portée sur la place des Documents d'Information Communaux sur lesRisques Majeurs (DICRIM) et les possibilités d'extension du principe d'information communale préventivedans une campagne de communication planifiée. La commune de La Terrasse a servi de terrain d'étudepour faire avancer nos recherches et en tirer des conclusions, notamment pour la réalisation d'un DICRIMpour chaque public et l'intégration de nouveaux partenaires pour le relais de l'information auprès de lapopulation.RÉSUMÉ (anglais)Preventive information on major risks is part of a rigid statutory model impulsed by the State towardsprefects and mayors. Then the towns nowadays play a primordial role in spreading preventive messagesto their population. It is therefore essential at that level to improve communication with the general publicand to adapt the information to the targeted public.Our thinking was thus focused on the place of the DICRIM and the possible extension of the principleof preventive local information in a concerted communication campaign. The town of La Terrasse wasused as a study ground to make our researches progress and draw conclusions, notably for the creationof a DICRIM for each public and for the integration of new partners who could bring the information to thepopulation.
