Ensuring events and activities are properly licensed with local authorities<br />
Promoting fund-raising activities in press<br />
Ensuring that funds are properly accounted for and information is passed on<br />
to the Treasurer<br />
To identify sponsorship opportunities and liaise with current club sponsors to<br />
secure future funds.<br />
Operate the <strong>RC</strong>JFC Shop and ensure adequate merchandise is available.<br />
Identifying, applying and securing grants from local or national agencies.<br />
Operation of the ‘Club Mark’ scheme www.clubmark.org.uk<br />
Training Officer (Trg Off)<br />
The Trg Off is responsible for the retention, training, organisation, recruitment and<br />
welfare of a sufficient number of volunteers for the club to operate effectively on a<br />
weekly and ongoing basis to meet Charter Requirements.<br />
He/she will:<br />
● Arrange and book new volunteers onto applicable courses e.g. Level 1<br />
coaching, Safeguarding Children Workshops and First Aid courses.<br />
● The monitoring of coaches qualifications and ensuring coaches complete<br />
refresher training prior to expiration of their safeguarding children and first<br />
aid qualifications.<br />
● Providing support and advice to coaches for delivering effective training and<br />
coaching techniques.<br />
● Promoting the FA Licenced Coaching Club.<br />

Coaches<br />
He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:<br />

Preparing the team for matches.<br />
Planning and preparing for training sessions and activities.<br />
Ensuring all players get equal opportunity to take part in all club/team<br />

Setting the right example for players on and off the field.<br />
Educating players in the ethos of football and the values of being a true<br />
sportsman.<br />
Be fair in the treatment of all players at all times.<br />
Conforming to all club and/or FA policies on young children in sport.<br />
Attending coaching courses.<br />
Ensuring all activities are safe and supervised at all times.<br />
Goals and equipment used meet H&S requirements.<br />
Medical kits are immediately available for both training and matches.<br />
