Kit & Equipment Manager (KEM)
The KEM is to centralise and co-ordinate the supply of playing kit and equipment to each
of the teams and age groups within the club. The Kit & Equipment manager must ensure
that the club’s “image” is maintained in respect to kit colour scheme and design, whilst
ensuring that all budgetary demands are met subject to the club’s income from any
sponsorship (or otherwise) each season.
He/she will:

Be responsible for the serviceability and accountability of all Club equipment
assets.
Source and negotiate manufacturers/suppliers of appropriate kit in advance
of the coming season to secure most competitive pricing;
Distribute new kit to the appropriate managers;
Recycle existing kit to younger teams if appropriate.
Club Coach Mentor
Providing support to other Football Coaches in a mentoring capacity.
The Coach Mentor is to support those who wish to develop their coaching skills, to
understand the role of the Coach, to develop the interpersonal skills required to become
an effective mentor as well as developing reflection as a learning tool. It supports
participants to develop skills in a safe and positive environment.
He/she will:

Exploring strategies for mentoring and coaching
Conducting assessment, feedback, and goal setting
Exploring CPD and reflective Action Planning opportunities for Coaches to
consider their future development
Webmaster
The Webmaster will be the focal point for the Club website and the content within it.
He/she will:

Ensure the Club website is maintained and updated
Teams have access to their own team pages.
Review content on the webpage to ensure it complies to FA guidelines
Social Media Administrator
This person will oversee the content of posts made on RCJFC social media sites in
accordance with RCJFC media policy.
