Transfer of a Player out of RCJFC New Club Responsibility RCJFC Team Manager RCJFC Registration Secretary League Registration Secretary Process Parent and Player to complete and sign Section 2 of the TF. Completes Section 1 and submits the TF to RCJFC Registration Secretary. Hands in the Players Registration Form to RCJFC Registration Secretary. Ensures that there all kit has been returned to the team and club and that there are no outstanding financial issues. Completes Section 3 of the form and updates RCJFC Members List. Hands the TF and Player Registration Form to the League Registration Secretary Transfers player out of RCJFC Transfer of a Player between RCJFC Teams No Manager is to approach another RCJFC player or parent (in or out of season) and encourage transferring teams to their own, this is classed as ‘poaching’ and is not only underhand but is also against TFJFL rules. If a player or parent approaches another RCJFC Manager and requests a transfer then the Club Secretary is to be informed in all cases. Hands in the TF and Player Registration Form to the League Registration Secretary Transfers player between RCJFC teams Notifies RCJFC Registration Secretary that the transfer is complete. Collects New Registration Form from League Registration Secretary Notifies the New RCJFC manager transfer is complete Collects New Registration Form from RCJFC Registration Secretary Informs Player / Parent that transfer is complete 7-12
Player Attendance Policy A player not attending training or matches for 3 consecutive weeks without notice or good reason shall at the discretion of the team manager forfeit their place in the team or be refused training. Team Managers may formulate their own attendance and playing policy as long as it is implemented fairly and across all team players and this has been communicated to players and parents 7-13
