Discipline 7. If there is no specific preference as to the role the volunteer wishes to take, then the committee will evaluate where the greatest need in the club lies and offer this and other positions within the Club that they may wish to take it. 8. A volunteer may become involved with supporting and assisting a team whilst CRC is in process but as a precaution, at that volunteer must be supervised by another member of the Club whilst in the presence of players. 9. The Club Secretary will confirm with the applicant as to the success on an application. 10. As required, a mentor within the Club will be appointed to assist the volunteer in their new role. In order to administer the Club adequately RCJFC requires an adequate and effective disciplinary process. All volunteers and committee members are subject to disciplinary proceedings if constitutional requirements are not met. Sanctions may range from verbal warning to expulsion from the Club. The Discipline Policy and Procedure can be found in the Club Constitution and within this Manual in the Discipline Chapter 1-8
SHROPSHIRE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION RCJFC is registered as a Chartered Club through affiliation with Shropshire Football Association (Shrops FA). They are our local FA contact and are our regional governing body. The Telford Junior League is affiliated with the Shrops FA. https://www.shropshirefa.com/ FA courses on a local level are managed through Shrops FA. All contact with Shrops FA is to be done through the Club Sec. for Club Administration, CSCO over Chartership requirements, the Trg Off for courses sponsored by the Club and the CWO for any Welfare issues or complaints. 2-1
