The FB page will have a number of posts stating dates to book pitches on.
When booking a pitch on the FB page please enter the following details
● Team details e.g “U11 Whites”
● Pitch Number e.g. “Pitch 8”
● Requested kick off time e.g. “10:00”
● Reason e.g. “League, Cup or Friendly game”
You post should be entered as below:
“U11 Whites, Pitch 8, 10:00, League game”
A map of pitches for that season will be posted on the FB pitch booking page for reference
and is contained in the Managers Pack.
Depending on the number of pitches and teams using that pitch, you maybe partnered
with another team to ‘share’ a pitch, it is advisable between the teams using the same
pitch to agree kick off times with each other team to avoid confusion and double booking,
it also helps in utilising referees who can roll onto the next match if requested.
