Process<br />
Parent and Player to complete and sign Section 2 of the TF.<br />
Completes Section 1 and submits the TF to <strong>RC</strong>JFC Registration<br />
Secretary.<br />
Hands in the Players Registration Form to <strong>RC</strong>JFC Registration<br />
Secretary.<br />
Ensures that there all kit has been returned to the team and<br />
club and that there are no outstanding financial issues.<br />
Completes Section 3 of the form and updates <strong>RC</strong>JFC Members<br />
List.<br />
Hands the TF and Player Registration Form to the League<br />
Registration Secretary<br />
Transfers player out of <strong>RC</strong>JFC<br />
Transfer of a Player between <strong>RC</strong>JFC Teams<br />
No Manager is to approach another <strong>RC</strong>JFC player or parent (in or out of season) and encourage<br />
transferring teams to their own, this is classed as ‘poaching’ and is not only underhand but is<br />
also against TFJFL rules. If a player or parent approaches another <strong>RC</strong>JFC Manager and requests a<br />
transfer then the Club Secretary is to be informed in all cases.<br />

Club Secretary is notified of a request to transfer between teams.<br />
Parent and Player to complete and sign Section 2 of the TF.<br />
Ensures all kit held by the new player is returned to the old team<br />
The TF is handed into <strong>RC</strong>JFC Registrations Secretary.<br />
Hands in the Players Registration Form to <strong>RC</strong>JFC Registration<br />
Secretary.<br />
Completes Section 1 and 3 of the form and updates <strong>RC</strong>JFC<br />
Members List.<br />
Hands in the TF and Player Registration Form to the League<br />
Registration Secretary<br />
Transfers player between <strong>RC</strong>JFC teams<br />
Notifies <strong>RC</strong>JFC Registration Secretary that the transfer is complete.<br />
Collects New Registration Form from League Registration Secretary<br />
Notifies the New <strong>RC</strong>JFC manager transfer is complete<br />
Collects New Registration Form from <strong>RC</strong>JFC Registration Secretary<br />
Informs Player / Parent that transfer is complete<br />
