Pitch Care<br />
Teams should expect the pitches to be in good care and playable (weather conditions excluded).<br />
From time to time either through vandalism or neglect pitches or parts of it are damaged and<br />
maybe unplayable. All incidents of this type are to be reported to the Stirchley Rec for home<br />
pitches or the referee at away matches.<br />
<strong>Managers</strong> are to ensure pitches are clear of any litter post match.<br />
End of Match Penalty Shoot Outs<br />
It is generally customary post match to conduct a penalty shootout between the two teams.<br />
This can serve a number of purposes.<br />

Allows all players the opportunity to score.<br />
Match result is almost immediately forgotten or not focused on.<br />
Acts as an additional competition to focus on.<br />
Teams should consider any other team waiting for use of the pitch prior to agreeing to conduct a<br />
penalty shootout.<br />
