or written response using the form at the end of this <strong>Manual</strong>.<br />
The subject matter of this publication may be affected by rule and constitutional changes by <strong>RC</strong>JFC<br />
and governing bodies. Where an associated publication contradicts any portion of this publication<br />
it is to be taken as the overriding authority.<br />
To avoid frequent repetition of the cumbersome “he or she” and “his or hers”, references to the<br />
male gender are be taken to include females except where it is clearly inappropriate. In the same<br />
vain, to represent the adult responsible for a child the term ‘parent’ is used instead of all the other<br />
connotations it could be.<br />
