damage
The potential exists for general liability claims arising
from the department’s activities to be brought against
the agency. In addition, facilities, contents and motor
vehicles are subject to loss and damage arising from
many different causes, including vandalism. Under the
department’s asset management policy, responsibility
for the management of facilities rests with individual site
managers.
