14.3 Acquittal of capital investment and special capital investment funds The department received works and services appropriation funding to fund specific projects. Not all projects listed below are capitalised as they may not meet the department’s capitalisation threshold of $150,000 or have been deemed maintenance projects and are expensed through the Statement of Comprehensive Income.
