LOS GATOS ATHLETIC CLUB/AEROBICS ❂<br />

ADULT PROGRAMS<br />

PILATES FOR TEENS<br />

Come strengthen <strong>and</strong> sculpt your body in a <strong>fun</strong> atmosphere<br />

designed with teens in mind! Each class will utilize the<br />

apparatus of the Pilates studio: the reformer, chair, ring,<br />

ball <strong>and</strong> roller <strong>and</strong> will focus on core-conditioning exercises.<br />

Ages 12-18<br />

Instructor: LGAC Staff - Catherine Kirsch,. Certified Master Pilates<br />

Instructor <strong>and</strong> member of the LGAC / TempusClinic Group Exercise<br />

Team. Catherine also has an extensive background in working with<br />

physical therapy, chiropractic <strong>and</strong> osteopathic patients.<br />

SPORTS CLINIC FOR TEENS<br />

This class is designed to keep your teen both mentally <strong>and</strong><br />

physically ready for individual or team sports programs.<br />

Students will take part in low level weight training <strong>and</strong><br />

sport conditioning activities related to all team <strong>and</strong> individual<br />

sport programs. If your teen is not into sports, this<br />

class is a great way to stay active during the summer. Ages 12-18<br />

TEEN YOGA<br />

Help improve concentration <strong>and</strong> teach relaxation, two very<br />

important skills for teens! Yoga will strengthen, tone <strong>and</strong><br />

stretch the muscles used in other sports as well as boost<br />

self-esteem. This yoga class, especially for teens, will cover<br />

the basic yoga asanas <strong>and</strong> add a few twists in a comfortable,<br />

AEROBICS - LOW IMPACT<br />

Class consists of a warm-up, 20 minutes of aerobic activity, cooldown,<br />

strength training, floor-work including abdominals, final<br />

stretch/relaxation. You will get a good workout <strong>and</strong> have <strong>fun</strong> doing<br />

it. Please bring a mat, some light h<strong>and</strong>weights (2-5lbs) <strong>and</strong> water<br />

to each class. Drop in option, $8.00 per class.<br />

easy! Each 60 minute class combines elements of jazz dance, resistance<br />
