<strong>the</strong> Lake Charles Fire Prevention Bureau Inspection Report following an inspection at<br />

Blaze Sitloke · Shop that occurred on or about September 2, 2015. Pursuant to my<br />

communications with LCFP Fire Prevention Chief W ayne Rigmaiden, please find below<br />

<strong>the</strong> following responses to your inquiries contained <strong>the</strong>rein:<br />

1. Although we have an obligation to provide you with public records upon<br />

request, we have no obligation to respond to your inquiries in <strong>the</strong> form presented.<br />

However, in answer to your inquiries, no meetings occurred between <strong>the</strong><br />

Calcasieu Parish District Attorney's Office and Lake Charles Fire Department<br />

from August 25, 2015 through <strong>the</strong> present date regarding <strong>the</strong> above-referenced<br />
