Select ‘Include this location in the search’ and click browse Browse to the folder with contains the USB driver. The USB driver is contained in the \bin\Thesyscon folder underneath where the call recording software was install to. The default location is ‘C:\Program Files\NEC\NEC <strong>Recorder</strong>\bin\Thesyscon’
The folder location the driver will be installed from will be displayed. At this point click next. The driver for the unit will then be installed.
