Student Activity<br />
The following section provides an update of student activity for 1 January – 31 December <strong>2016</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />
is presented by country under the following categories in the report annexes:<br />

Total enrolments<br />
In total, 11937 students have been enrolled into <strong>APTC</strong> programs since the inception of <strong>APTC</strong> in<br />
2007, with 7561 enrolling in Stage 2. The current Stage 2 enrolments total represents an increase<br />
of 1363 or twenty-two percent since the last annual report. The gender balance of all scholarship<br />
<strong>and</strong> non-scholarship enrolments since 2007 st<strong>and</strong>s at forty percent females <strong>and</strong> sixty percent males,<br />
whilst in Stage 2 females represent forty-two percent of all enrolments to date.<br />
Graduate Outcome Data<br />
Total graduates<br />
In total 10600 students have graduated from <strong>APTC</strong> programs since 2007, with 7122 of these<br />
graduating in Stage 2. The overall gender balance of graduates since 2007 is forty percent (4291)<br />
female <strong>and</strong> sixty percent (6309) male, with females accounting for forty-one percent (2912) of<br />
graduates in Stage 2.<br />
