End of Course Learner Survey End of Course Learner (EoCL) surveys are conducted to gain feedback from students on their study experience with APTC. The surveys gather information on the students’ satisfaction with the quality of training and the services provided by APTC throughout the enrolment period. The information gained from the surveys is used to inform the APTC continuous improvement process. Results from the EoCL surveys conducted in semester 2 2016 show an average satisfaction rate with course and content delivery of eighty-nine percent. Additionally, an average of eighty-one percent of students were satisfied with the quality of student support services. These results were based on surveys of 565 APTC students who completed thirty-five programs. The level of response achieved represents a one hundred percent survey completion rate for these cohorts. Graduate Tracer Survey (GTS) The 2016 GTS was administered in semester 2 2016 with an eligible survey population of 3054 students who graduated in the 2015 calendar year. This was the largest number of students surveyed in one period since the commencement of APTC, and represents a large cohort that completed training prior to the Stage 2 Extension period.
