The semester 2 <strong>2016</strong> EoCL report<br />
indicated that of the 411 students<br />
who responded to this question, 194<br />
(47%) rated the payment of the<br />
fortnightly allowance as either<br />
excellent or good. A further 143<br />
(35%) rated the payments as OK.<br />
Feedback to this question reveals<br />
that many students continue to<br />
perceive the payments as a<br />
complete wage replacement, rather<br />
than a support during their studies.<br />
