A Skype for Business PABX (Fiji RHO) has eliminated the need for traditional desk phones. All staff<br />
at the RHO now utilise their current desktops <strong>and</strong> headphone to make voice calls locally <strong>and</strong><br />
internationally.<br />
Nationalisation<br />
The Nationalisation Strategy has been reviewed <strong>and</strong> will be presented to the first face to face<br />
Leadership Team meeting in <strong>2017</strong> for endorsement <strong>and</strong> implementation.<br />
National staff now represent just over seventy-nine percent of the total number of <strong>APTC</strong> employees.<br />
