Air conditioning and DHW production plant for
a fitness & wellness center. Two geothermal
multifunction heat pumps provide cooling
and heating to the hydronic terminals and
the AHUs, warm up the swimming pool
and produce DHW. The AHU, with onboard
control, gives the needed comfort level to the
swimming pool area and to the fitness area.

Process cooling and air conditioning plant.
Two multifunction geothermal heat pumps
provide cooling to the industrial process, while
recovering the heat rejection and transferring
it to the hydronic terminal and the AHU. The
offices get fresh air from the AHU while
the sensible cooling capacity is provided by
hydronic terminals. A small server room
is refrigerated by a DX computer room air
conditioning unit.

Fully integrated plant for LT and NT
refrigeration and for air conditioning. The
heat recovered by the rejection from the
refrigerated cabinets is used to heat up
the shops by means of fancoils and water
cassettes: the necessary cooling and heating
capacity is provided by a multifunction heat
pump while fresh air is treated by a rooftop
with onboard Free-Cooling module with heat
recovery. A small server room is refrigerated
by an “in-rack” DX unit and a monobloc
telecom unit is outdoor mounted to a shelter.
