Parallels between the <strong>Gospel</strong> of the <strong>Essenes</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />

the writings of Nag Hammadi.<br />

In 1945 manuscripts dating from the 1 st <strong>and</strong> 2 nd century AD<br />

were discovered in the caves of Nag Hammadi in Egypt.<br />

We must bear in mind that John the Baptist lived to an old<br />

age. This we know from testimony of his contemporaries,<br />

particularly among the Jews. What is important, however, is<br />

the date of the <strong>falsification</strong>, which began as early as 70 AD,<br />

that is at a point in time when John had long since departed<br />

from the region.<br />

The hiatus in the fictionalized history beginning with the<br />

departure of John the Baptist, the fictitious figure ofly beheaded<br />

by Herod, was filled by the introduction of Jesus.<br />

Then, after the crucifiction of the notional figure of Jesus, a<br />

subsequent historical hiatus had to be bridged. That is when<br />

James the Just entered the stage. This person was representative<br />

of John the Baptist <strong>and</strong> the conspirators counted on this<br />

apparent confusion to clear the way for a series of additional<br />

figures posing as prophets. Because the Jews claimed that<br />

John the Baptist was still alive <strong>and</strong> that Jesus, who was said<br />

to have been crucified, had never existed. Thereupon a series<br />

of other figures were inserted into the story to fill the<br />

hiatus created by the fictitious figure ofly beheaded John.<br />

The fingerprint of the falsifiers of the New Testament can be<br />

seen in all these texts. This demonstrated that all of these<br />

writings, which we attribute to various authors, actually<br />

originated from one <strong>and</strong> the same source, at least from the<br />

same source of intention.<br />

In these texts the plagiarists show us that the person whom<br />
