Quote from the Essene Gospel:
Look, O sons of light, at the little grass. In it you see all
the angels of the Earthly Mother and the Heavenly Father.
For now, you have entered into the stream of life, and
its waves will carry you at the right time to the eternal life in
the kingdom of the Heavenly Father. For in the grass are all
angels. Here is the angel of the sun, here in the glow of the
green colour of the stalks of wheat. For no one can look into
the sun when it is high in the sky, because people's eyes
are blinded by their radiant light. 86
Explanation:
Here, it is clear that "Silvanus" understood the
principle of Christ and restored its meaning. He
grasped the connection between the light of the
sun and Christ and tried to describe in his own
words that Christ is life.
Quote from the Teachings of Silvanus:
For when these are within you, what living thing will
come into you? The living angels will detest you. You were
a temple, (but) you have made yourself a tomb. Cease being
a tomb, and become (again) a temple, so that uprightness
and divinity may remain in you.
Quote from the Essene Gospel:
Tell him that he should prepare his food with the fire of life,
and not with the fire of death, for the living angels of the
living God serve only living men.
And the next commandment is: Thou shall not kill. Therefore,
whoever kills, kills his brother and mother earth will
