We have a wide array of them, propitiated by the<br />

careful cultivation of our values and the implementation<br />

of the pillars of our business model. Just to<br />

almost entirely composed by highly trained engineers,<br />

who are very specialised, highly qualified and<br />

massively certified in the management of key technologies.<br />

a vast staff with 100% internal know-how. We do not<br />

resort to any subcontractors and our professional<br />

rotation is practically non-existent in the key teams.<br />

Guarantee of results, thanks to a human team that is<br />

How would you describe the working environment<br />

in EINZELNET? Is the company committed to aspects<br />

such as conciliation, incentive programs and<br />

All this is an inseparable part of our CSR policy, as<br />

well as multiculturalism, with five or six nationalities<br />

coexisting habitually. We have an unusually high<br />

collective of women in all operative and managing<br />

teams, due to the meritocracy criteria we follow from<br />

the very conception of the company. All of the contracts<br />

have been permanent throughout of our entire<br />

history. Continuous incorporation and training of recent<br />

graduates, promotion of social, sport, leisure and<br />

team building activities as well as a long collection of<br />

fostering, uplifting and self-fulfilling policies for a fun<br />

working environment. Of course, we are convinced of<br />

the importance of emotional salary linked to the human<br />

factor so that the economic salary makes sense.<br />

What challenges lie ahead for EINZELNET in the<br />

next two years?<br />

The same as always. To keep on learning the best<br />

disruptive technologies of each time, continue to<br />

understand the changing business of our customers<br />

and build the best technology solutions, which are<br />

connected to one another, so that the technological<br />

solution is the transforming lever of an existing business<br />

or even an engine driving a new business.<br />

company in terms of digitalisation or digital transformation?<br />

Why?<br />

Top rated. EinzelNet was born digital and has been<br />

helping companies of all sizes and productive fundamentals<br />

digitalise and transform their businesses.<br />

Is EINZELNET committed to innovation? How? Is intrapreneurship<br />

encouraged?<br />

More than being committed to innovation, we live permanently<br />

submerged in it thanks to a continuous torrent<br />

of initiatives towards change, modernisation, continuous<br />

learning, technological pollination, portfolio enrichment,<br />

development of new business lines, demolition of<br />

obsolete structures, revitalisation of equipment, mental<br />

transformation, etc. In fact, I would say that all areas of<br />

activity or business undertaken during the last 2 years<br />

have been launched by intrapreneurs from our talent<br />

collection or by "ad hoc" incorporation. We do not know<br />

if we are so agile because we are very innovative or if<br />

we are so innovative because we are very agile. The<br />

truth is that we daily feed an active and dynamic mentality<br />

of continuous improvement, as one of the fundamental<br />
