will have on your company?<br />

For us, it is a great honour to be among the 500<br />

companies with the highest growth potential in the<br />

country. We hope that it will give us even more visibility<br />

and projection at a national level regarding the<br />

work we have been doing in recent years.<br />

What would you say has been key in making ASTIL-<br />

LEROS ZAMAKONA a leader in business growth?<br />

The growth strategy has been based on the investment<br />

and innovation in new products as well as the<br />

work of a highly skilled team in the manufacturing of<br />

these products.<br />

What is your main strength as a company?<br />

The ability to adapt to new times with higher quality<br />

and more complex products for the export market.<br />

What is the main added value ASTILLEROS ZAMA-<br />

KONA can provide to its clients?<br />

The main added values for our clients are the quality<br />

of the final product as well as delivery times to meet<br />

the objectives agreed with the final customer. After<br />

sales service is also an important added value that<br />

must be considered at all times.<br />

How would you describe the working environment<br />

in ASTILLEROS ZAMAKONA? Is the company committed<br />

to aspects such as conciliation, incentive<br />

programs and emotional salary? Is intrapreneurship<br />

encouraged?<br />

The working environment is great, we are committed<br />

to reconciliation, training and incentives and at the<br />

same time promoting intrapreneurship in the company.<br />

What challenges lie ahead for ASTILLEROS ZAMA-<br />

KONA in the next two years?<br />

The short-term challenge Astilleros Zamakona Group<br />

faces is the training of new workers as well as the<br />

digitalisation of the company.<br />

On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate your<br />

company in terms of digitalisation or digital transformation?<br />

Presently, I would say “8”. We are in the process of<br />

bringing up to date everything related to digitalisation<br />

and /or digital transformation.<br />
