What is the main added value IC can provide to its<br />

clients?<br />

Our main added value is our specialisation and customer<br />

service. We have executed more than 4,000<br />

projects and have more than 25 years of experience<br />

in providing services to the main retail, hotel, health<br />

and restaurant brands.<br />

Our main advantage lies in the perfect coordination<br />

of all phases of the project (design, engineering,<br />

works, installations and furniture) to meet the tightest<br />

execution deadlines.<br />

How would you describe the working environment<br />

in IC? Is the company committed to aspects such<br />

as conciliation, incentive programs and emotional<br />

salary? Is intrapreneurship encouraged?<br />

IC is characterised by having a collaborative working<br />

environment, in which employees support each other<br />

and come together to seek solutions for the daily<br />

In which countries is IC present? What has been the<br />

As mentioned previously, IC is currently present in<br />

Spain, France, Belgium and Portugal, and the goal is to<br />

slowly increase our presence in Europe.<br />

Our internationalisation has been motivated by our<br />

clients, accompanying them in their expansion beyond<br />

our borders.<br />

Is IC committed to innovation? How?<br />

At IC, we pay special attention to innovation. Being one<br />

step ahead of the needs of the market allows us to have<br />

a leading position in the sector. Here are two examples:<br />

- Retail sector: we have been chosen to run the first<br />

store for Inditex with energy certificate grade A..<br />

- Healthcare sector: major manufacturers of electromedical<br />

equipment (Siemens, G.E., Philips...) have chosen us<br />

for the implementation of their projects and the installation<br />

of their equipment..<br />

What challenges lie ahead for IC in the next two<br />

years?<br />

Our main challenges are to continue growing and<br />

to enter new markets (we are currently operating in<br />

Spain, France, Belgium and Portugal).<br />

On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate your<br />

company in terms of digitalisation or digital transformation?<br />

IC is a highly technological company that is committed<br />

to continuous growth and digital development.<br />

Our permanent pursuit of excellence is based on<br />

systems and procedures that are defined digitally.<br />

In addition, the company has its own programmers<br />

who customise and adapt our software to the needs<br />

of our clients.<br />

Does IC carry out any type of control and approval<br />

over suppliers?<br />

All our suppliers have to pass a strict approval<br />

process before they start working with us. Once<br />

approved, our suppliers become part of our extensive<br />

portfolio of subcontractors and are periodically<br />

subject to audit in order to confirm that they still meet<br />

the required quality standards.<br />
