What effect do you think it will have on your company?<br />

It is for us an acknowledgement to our work and our<br />

positioning within the Spanish IT market. We hope it<br />

helps spread our brand and technology as a source<br />

of improvement for in-company business processes.<br />

What would you say has been key in making<br />

TECHEDGE a leader in business growth?<br />

On the one hand, we are in a growing sector; and we<br />

are sure it will continue doing so in the next years.<br />

Additionally, we have an excellent human team,<br />

which is largely the cause of our success and recognition<br />

by the market.<br />

What is your main strength as a company?<br />

Product specialization and knowledge of the improvements<br />

in the business processes involved.<br />

Additionally, our internationalization is a guarantee for<br />

our customers to find a specialised service globally.<br />

What is the main added value TECHEDGE can provide<br />

to its clients?<br />

The specialisation in new technologies, where projects<br />

are increasingly shorter, with a fast return on investment.<br />

There are now few projects that take years<br />

to complete. The market requires shorter cycles. This<br />

means it is necessary to have specialised and not<br />

generalist companies.<br />

How would you describe the working environment<br />

in TECHEDGE ? Is the company committed to aspects<br />

such as conciliation, incentive programs and<br />

emotional salary?<br />

We bet a lot on training and innovation. Regarding<br />

education, we have our own internal university, the<br />

Techedge Institute of Knowledge, and we have more<br />

official product certifications than people. In terms of<br />

innovation, we try to encourage it in different ways.<br />

One way is having few rules and thus creating an<br />

organization that grants each level the possibility<br />

to make decisions within the business unit with the<br />

aim of boosting innovation. Recently, we were listed<br />

on Great Places to Work, something unusual within<br />

the consulting sector, because we are not a usual<br />

consultancy company, but a technological innovation<br />
