How would you describe the working environment<br />

in TELICE? Is the company committed to aspects<br />

such as conciliation, incentive programs and emotional<br />

salary? Is intrapreneurship encouraged?<br />

Most of the team travels for work, which represents<br />

an important personal sacrifice. The working environment<br />

and conditions of our staff are not comfortable<br />

but their efforts and dedication are maximum. That<br />

being said, as management we try to reward the<br />

team and meet their expectations as best we can.<br />

Is TELICE committed to innovation? How?<br />

Yes, since 2008 we have been making efforts in R&D&I<br />

that have led to the incorporation of several technological<br />

products and solutions into our portfolio, some of<br />

which have been key in the awarding of important high<br />

speed projects. After a slight pause due to uncertainty<br />

caused by the economic crisis and the lack of investments<br />

in infrastructure, we have redoubled our commitment<br />

to innovation and are working on several promising<br />

projects, including a European project.<br />

What challenges lie ahead for TELICE in the next<br />

two years?<br />

We are currently going through several challenges<br />

that will take us a few more years to reach. Firstly,<br />

changing the structural characteristics of our portfolio<br />

at a national level so that it is composed of projects<br />

with greater added value, size and duration. Secondly,<br />

increasing the weight of international projects<br />

significantly and promoting our new technologies<br />

business line.<br />

On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate your<br />

company in terms of digitalisation or digital transformation?<br />

Why?<br />

Five, to the extent that over the past few years we<br />

have developed our internal capabilities and several<br />

products. In order to improve the mark (which is<br />

what we are doing) we need to fine tune our internal<br />

capabilities and bring them to market in a way that<br />

they can escalate.<br />

Does TELICE carry out any type of control and<br />

approval over suppliers?<br />

Yes, when registering a new supplier with a high<br />

impact on our final product or service. From this point<br />

forwards, the evaluation depends fundamentally<br />

on the performance of the supplier, except in those<br />

cases in which it is necessary to carry out additional<br />

controls due to specific characteristics of the product<br />

or service.<br />

In which countries is TELICE present? What has<br />

been the key to its internationalisation?<br />

We are currently operating in the United Kingdom,<br />

Norway and Peru. The key has been to be able to<br />

position ourselves as a technological partner and to<br />

provide references of important projects.<br />
