How would you describe the working environment<br />

in ELECTRÓNICA FALCÓN? Is the company committed<br />

to aspects such as conciliation, incentive<br />

programs and emotional salary? Is intrapreneurship<br />

encouraged?<br />

Our work climate is very good. One of our biggest<br />

concerns has always been the welfare of our workers<br />

and year after year we try to improve it. In addition,<br />

our case is special, since 65% of the workforce is<br />

composed of women; this is not very usual.<br />

What challenges lie ahead for ELECTRÓNICA FAL-<br />

CÓN in the next two years?<br />

To continue accompanying our clients in their growth<br />

and technological evolution and continue evolving<br />

our processes towards the Industry 4.0.<br />

Is ELECTRÓNICA FALCÓN committed to innovation?<br />

How?<br />

A company like ours cannot be conceived without continuous<br />

innovation.<br />

Our R&D department performs projects for our clients<br />

and, in parallel, we are also immersed in the development<br />

of new technologies. But not only the engineering<br />

division innovates. In the other company departments,<br />

evolution and continuous improvement are often<br />

achieved through new ideas and creativity.<br />

On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate your<br />

company in terms of digitalisation or digital transformation?<br />

Why?<br />

I would say between 8 and 9. We are very digitised,<br />

but there is always room for improvement. For<br />

instance, 90% of our records and documents are<br />

already managed through computer systems. This allows<br />

an immediate access to information and a faster<br />

and more automated management of processeses.<br />

Does ELECTRÓNICA FALCÓN carry out any type of<br />

control and approval over suppliers?<br />

Of course. We have various procedures in everything<br />

related to suppliers and raw materials. Processes of<br />

homologation, audits, continuous measurement of<br />

indicators of quality of service and quality of product...<br />

In which countries is ELECTRÓNICA FALCÓN<br />

present? What has been the key to its internationalisation?<br />

Our main market is the Spanish one, but we also<br />

distribute products to the USA, Poland, Hungary,<br />

Brazil and China. Our internationalisation policy has<br />

aimed at finding support on different customers, such<br />

as multinational companies with plants in different<br />

countries for abroad market penetration.<br />
