What does it mean for UNIVERSAL IBERLAND<br />

to have been selected and recognised as a<br />

<strong>CEPYME500</strong> company? What effect do you think it<br />

will have on your company?<br />

We are very proud to have our work recognised not<br />

only by our customers and suppliers, but also by the<br />

great Spanish business confederation. This means<br />

we are doing a good job and being recognised in our<br />

sector.<br />

What would you say has been key in making UNI-<br />

VERSAL IBERLAND a leader in business growth?<br />

The main keys have been the export market and the<br />

expansion of products always within our sector, and<br />

in turn searching for other applications for the products<br />

we sell. This has led to a large customer base<br />

that keeps growing day by day.<br />

What is your main strength as a company?<br />

Reliability. For us, it is very important to comply with<br />

all the contracts we sign and meet the delivery dates.<br />

It is very important to be reliable and fulfil your commitments.<br />

What is the main added value UNIVERSAL IBER-<br />

LAND can provide to its clients?<br />

We give each client a personal service based on<br />

what they need, we are transparent at all times and<br />

deal directly with them, being present every step<br />

of the way. They see us as part of their work group;<br />

therefore the main value would be that we are very<br />

close to them.<br />

How would you describe the working environment<br />

in UNIVERSAL IBERLAND? Is the company committed<br />

to aspects such as conciliation, incentive<br />

programs and emotional salary? Is intrapreneurship<br />

encouraged?<br />

An ideal environment, open and relaxed, where<br />

communication flows and we enjoy beautiful views of<br />

nature. We are committed to conciliation, with a very<br />

flexible schedule that allows both career and family<br />

development, and we will have incentives that are<br />

always good for staff motivation.<br />

What challenges lie ahead for UNIVERSAL IBER-<br />

LAND in the next two years?<br />

To consolidate the markets where we are present<br />

and carry out new research in countries where we<br />

are not present yet, but where we hope to enter in a<br />

few years.<br />
