17. Punctuality
Please check your final documentation in detail for
pick-up point and time. We advise customers to be
at the pick up point 10 minutes prior to the
departure time. We cannot be held responsible for
any loss or expense incurred by clients arriving late
at any departure point.
18. Complaints
We make every effort to ensure that your
arrangements run smoothly but if you do have a
problem during your holiday, please inform our Tour
Manager or the relevant supplier immediately who
will endeavour to put things right. If the problem
cannot be resolved and you wish to complain
further, you must send formal written notice of your
complaint to us at Middletons Tours, Lovell,
Tamworth, B79 7TA within 28 days of the end of
your stay, giving your booking reference and all
other relevant information. Please keep your letter
concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly
identify your concerns and speed up our response to
you.
19. Entertainment
Some of our hotels arrange additional
entertainment, which could include live or in house
entertainment. It is entirely at the discretion of the
hotel and could be withdrawn if there is a lack of
demand or insufficient numbers in the hotel.
20. Theatre tickets
Should a customer purchase any tickets to coincide
with a tour, and that tour is cancelled, we cannot be
held responsible for any monies lost. Theatre tickets
purchased through our office will be confirmed in
writing and issued on the day of travel by our
Driver/Tour Manager and not sent through the post.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
We do hope that your Middletons Tours
holiday will meet your expectations so it is
very important that you choose the holiday
that is right for you. Our Sales Team are
happy to share their knowledge; however
please also conduct your own independent
research to ensure that you are happy with
the arrangements made.
You can request a brochure, check availability
and book online 24 hours a day/7 days a
week at middletonstours.co.uk. Booking one
of our holidays is easy online.
If you prefer to speak to someone to make
your booking you can call us on 01827
849700. Our phone lines are open Monday to
Friday 9:30am – 4:00pm. Closed Weekends/
Bank Holidays.
When you are ready to book please have the
following information to hand:

21. Passports
All British Citizens wishing to travel outside the
United Kingdom must have a full UK passport, valid
for a minimum of 6 months after you return. If you
are not a British Citizen, then in some countries you
may require a visa. You should contact the local
embassy for up to date information.
23. Optional excursions
Optional excursions usually require a minimum
amount of people in order to be able to operate. We
reserve the right to withdraw any optional
excursions should the numbers fall below the
minimum amount. Should you be booking a tour
specifically for an excursion then we strongly
suggest that you ask advice from our office.
24. Financial Security
In accordance with the EC Directive 90/314/EC all
passengers holidays with Middletons Tours Ltd are
fully protected. Managed by Backhouse Jones
Solicitors.
25. Prompt assistance
If, whilst you are on holiday, you find yourself in
difficulty for any reason, we will offer you such
prompt assistance as is appropriate in the
circumstances. In particular we will provide you with
appropriate information on health services, local
authorities and assistance with distance
communications and finding alternative travel
arrangements. Where you require assistance which
is not owing to any failure by use, our employees or
sub-contractors, we will not be liable for the costs of
any alternative travel arrangements or other such
assistance you require.
AFTER MAKING YOUR BOOKING
If you book by telephone you will be asked for
your email address so that we can send you
your confirmation invoice for your booking.
Should you not have an email address, we will
send documentation via post. All final
documentation including holiday information,
itinerary and final travel documents will be
sent through the post approximately 10 days
prior to departure.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit
payment of £50.00 per person. On some
holidays we may charge a slightly higher
deposit to cover any costs we have to pay
immediately to secure your booking with our
suppliers. This will be made clear at the time
of booking.
You can use your debit or credit card to
confirm your booking instantly.
We will send confirmation to your email
address instantly. Postal Customers’
confirmations will be sent out in the post the
same day.
26. Marketing and images
You acknowledge and agree that, while participating
in any tour, images, photos or videos may be taken
by other participants, us or our representative that
may contain or feature you (the “visual content”).
You consent to any such pictures being taken and
grant a perpetual royalty-free worldwide, irrevocable
license to us, our contractors, sub-contractors and
assigns, to reproduce the visual content for any
purpose whatsoever (including market, promotions
and the creation of promotional materials by or with
sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether
currently known or hereinafter devised, without any
further obligation or compensation payable to you.
27. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or alter these
Booking Conditions at any time, and will post up to
date Booking Conditions on our website at
middletonstours.co.uk/booking-conditions. The
Booking Conditions that were in place on the date
your booking was confirmed will apply to your
holiday. We recommend that you refer to the
Booking Conditions applicable to your booking prior
to travel to familiarise yourself.
28. Privacy policy
We must collect your personal information to deliver
your booked arrangements and any products or
services booked. We collect, use and disclose only
that information reasonably required to enable us
and our third party suppliers to provide your
booked arrangements, products and/or services
that you have requested as described in our Privacy
Policy, which can be accessed any time at
middletonstours.co.uk/privacy-policy and is
expressly incorporated into these Booking Terms
and Conditions. By submitting any personal
information to us, you indicate your acceptance of
our Privacy Policy.
CONFIRMATION
A confirmation invoice will be emailed to you
shortly after your booking is confirmation.
Please read it carefully and advise us
immediately if there are any errors. The
balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks
before departure. The payment deadline is
clearly marked on your confirmation invoice.
Final travel documents
Final travel documentation will be sent via
post 10 days prior to departure to the lead
name on the booking.
