DAY 1
We make our way today to Somerset and
the seaside resort of Weston super Mare.
Our base for the next 5 Nights is Smiths
Hotel, occupying a prime position on the
sea front.
DAY 2 CHEDDAR GORGE/WELLS
A scenic journey takes us through one of
Britain’s most spectacular natural
landmarks, the Cheddar Gorge. We make
a stop in Cheddar before continuing to
the City of Wells. Visit its mighty Cathedral
or Bishop’s Palace in what is England’s
smallest City.
DAY 3 DAY AT LEISURE
Enjoy a leisurely day in this traditional
seaside resort. Steeped in Victorian
history and with a glorious sandy beach, it
is no wonder Weston is a popular
summer destination.

DAY 4 WEST SOMERSET RAILWAY
A hearty breakfast before we make our
way to Minehead, a bustling seaside town
with a beautiful sandy beach, pretty
harbour and high street busy with shops
and cafes. Free time before we board the
West Somerset Railway heritage steam
railway to take a trip back in time. Our 20
mile journey meanders through some of
the most beautiful countryside before
reaching our destination at Bishops
Lydeard.
DAY 5
Sadly, this morning we must bid farewell
and head back home.
