DAY 1 EXETER STAFFORDSHIRE - CORNWALL

We commence our journey south, making

a stop for lunch in the Cathedral City of

Exeter. We continue our journey crossing

Bodmin Moor to arrive at the Fistral

Beach Hotel mid afternoon, overlooking

the stunning Fistral Beach. Enjoy a glass

of Cider in the Bay Bar before dinner this

evening.

DAY 2 PADSTOW/HEALEY’S CYDER

After breakfast, we head firstly to Padstow

in its gorgeous setting, sheltered in the

mouth of the Camel Estuary. Known as

the Cornish Jewel, with its beautiful

harbour and jumble of houses. and jumble Time for of

houses. lunch followed Time for bylunch our visit followed to Healey’s by our

Cyder visit toFarm. Healey’s Enjoy Cyder a visit Farm. to the Enjoy Distillery, a visit

DAY 3 THE EDEN PROJECT

Today we head the short journey to the

Eden Project. Dubbed the Eighth Wonder

of the World by some, the Eden Project is

a dramatic global garden housed in

tropical biomes that nestle in a crater the

size of 30 football pitches. Experience the

sights, smells and scale of the rainforests

in the Rainforest Biome – the world’s

largest greenhouse. Discover the tropical

plants that are used to produce everyday

products. Travel to South Africa and

California, as you amble amongst the

orange and lemon trees, olive groves and

gnarled vines of the Mediterranean

Biome, and in the 30-acre Outdoor

Garden see hemp, sunflowers and other

plants that could change your future,

flourish under the Cornish sun.

DAY 4 FALMOUTH/TRURO

Firstly to Falmouth set around a thriving

harbour followed by the Cathedral City of

Truro, in fact Cornwall’s only city, with its

eclectic mix of independent shops. We

return to the hotel in time to freshen up

before our 5 course taster menu

sampling the delights of Cornwall and a

glass of Carmel Valley Sparkling Wine.

DAY 5 JAMAICA INN

After a hearty breakfast, we make our way

to Jamaica Inn on Bodmin Moor. Made

World famous by Daphne du Maurier’s

tale of smugglers, rogues and wreckers.

We include a visit to the Smugglers

Museum before continuing our journey

home.
