DAY 1
Our destination today is Thomas Hardy
Country and the lovely resort of
Weymouth. We arrive mid afternoon as
the Rex Hotel conveniently situated on
the seafront.
DAY 2 PALMERS BREWERY
After a hearty breakfast, we head to
Bridport and to Palmers Brewery. Here
we get close to the age old process of
English brewing and to gain an insight
into one of Britain’s oldest family run
breweries. A chance to enjoy a tipple or
two and sample the brew! After there will
be time for lunch in the town, a hive of
activity with an eclectic mix of
independent shops, cafes and
restaurants that give the town a
wonderfully welcoming atmosphere.
DAY 3 DORCHESTER
Today is market day in the town of
Dorchester. We enjoy the morning to
browse the stalls and visit the town. This
afternoon we make our way to the

wrote some of his most famous novels
including Tess of the d’Urbervilles (£8.00

DAY 4 DAY AT LEISURE
A day at leisure in this delightful resort.
Take a walk along the seafront, stroll the
harbour with its ever changing scene of
boats, browse the shops or simply enjoy
fish and chips al fresco.
DAY 5
This morning after a hearty breakfast and
leisurely start to the day, we start
retracing our steps back home.
