DAY 1 HEBDEN BRIDGE
This morning we depart local pick ups
and head to our lunch stop in the
delightful Yorkshire town of Hebden
Bridge, known as ‘The Great Town in
Europe’. We continue to Blackpool to
arrive at our hotel mid afternoon. Enjoy
Dinner and an All Inclusive Bar from 6pm
to Midnight each evening. Includes
draught Beer, Lager, Cider, Soft Drinks,
Wine, Selected Spirits, Tea/Coffee.
DAY 2 day at leisure
Today is at leisure to enjoy the local
attractions. There is so much to see and
do – you will be spoilt for choice!
Alternatively, there is the option to visit
the famous Ballroom, celebrated
throughout the world for both its
stunning architecture and fantastic
unique sprung dance floor. It is the
perfect venue to dance the day away to
the sounds of the famous Wurlitzer
Organ. No visit is complete without their
fantastic Afternoon Tea.

DAY 3 KENDAL
After a hearty breakfast, we make our way
into Cumbria and the delightful market
town of Kendal. Situated on the banks of
the River Kent, this vibrant town is
bustling with Galleries, Museum, ruins of
a 12 th Century Castle and an abundance
of shops – Today is Market Day. Tonight,
step back in time as we experience a
themed 1940’s evening.
DAY 4 ORMSKIRK
We head the short journey this morning
to the town of Ormskirk. It’s Its market is
renowned for being one of the UK’s
oldest and most traditional outdoor
markets. Granted a Royal Charter in 1286
by King Edward I, this popular and wellloved
market has been held in Ormskirk
ever since. The pedestrainised streets
around the famous Clock Tower offer
around 100 stalls.
DAY 5 KNUTSFORD
Enjoy breakfast before we depart
Blackpool and head to the Cheshire town
of Knutsford. This little market town was
the inspiration and setting for Elizabeth
Gaskell’s Cranford. Elizabeth Gaskell lived
in Knutsford for many years and is buried
in the churchyard of the Unitarian Chapel.
The town is renowned for its array of
restaurants and bars. Here we take lunch
before heading back home.
