Outline<br />
· Give the audience the clear and logical sequence that you intend to follow.<br />
· Do not read the bullets. Summarize the outline with transitions between sentences, highlighting<br />
key portions.<br />
· Don’t forget to include any special procedures, e.g., films, demonstrations.<br />
· For complicated or long outlines, you may use a nested outline technique. Provide a general outline<br />
here and then use supporting outlines later in your briefing as appropriate.<br />
· A technique is to post a copy of your outline for referral during your briefing.<br />
