· The raw data slide is a backup slide.<br />
· The raw data matrix contains the raw data for all original COAs (screened out and surviving) and<br />
all criteria (evaluation and screening).<br />
· Note that EC removed on your discussion slide remain EC. List them in the raw data matrix in case<br />
the raw data changes prior to execution of the decision.<br />
· A raw data matrix succinctly organizes the facts and data you have about each COA and serves as<br />
an addendum to the facts bearing on the problem slide.<br />
· You may wish to highlight the raw data of a COA that fails screening criteria.<br />
