“The EFQM Excellence Award process allowed us to take one more step
towards our Vision – achieving Excellence in all areas of the organisation.
Working with a high quality team of Assessors enabled us not only to draw a
full picture of the company but also to know where we stand in comparison
with the best-in-class companies throughout Europe. Learning from those
benchmarking organisations is essential for us to improve our performance.
Furthermore, the feedback report helped us to identify where we can
improve and gave us precise hints on how to proceed in order to build a solid
basis for our company’ sustainable future. This feedback has already been
incorporated into our internal continuous improvement process. Besides
that, I would also highlight the importance of the associates involvement
and participation – they played an essential role in all steps of this process,
sharing their perception of the company and showing a strong commitment
