Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez is one of the subsidiaries of Oil Company Lukoil<br />
(OC Lukoil), located in the European part of Russia in the city of Perm. It is<br />
the second largest oil refinery of the group and one of the largest in Russia.<br />
Their objective is to become the number one refinery in Russia, in Europe<br />
and in the World. There was a strong belief among the Assessor Team that<br />
they can do it. Today Lukoil is a Finalist, and one step closer to their goal.<br />
