Innovation & Change in the Public Sector<br />
Next to a professional approach to innovation management, another key<br />
factor for success lays within the Fundamental Concept of Excellence:<br />
“Succeeding through People”. At REGTSA, ordinary people achieve<br />
extraordinary things. How? Through swarm knowledge: the organisation<br />
creates “Participative Working Groups” in which employees define<br />
improvements together to nurture innovation.<br />
The Assessor Team concluded: “Pride, self-esteem and enthusiasm could be<br />
felt among all groups currently in action.” In addition, REGTSA develops<br />
extremely close relationships with municipalities in order to better<br />
understand their needs and to be able to offer them services municipalities<br />
would sometimes not even dream of.<br />
REGTSA provides a role model for drastic, positive change in public<br />
administration. Moreover, REGTSA successfully employs the EFQM<br />
