Founded in 1991 by Spanish CEO’s, the Club Excelencia en Gestión vía
Innovación (CEG) is a not for profit association. CEG is dedicated to promote
competitiveness and innovation, through continuous improvement of both
people and organisations. CEG has achieved Finalist status in the EFQM
Excellence Award 2011.

team of three Assessors first analysed our documentation working long
hours and then visited us for a week. They performed 25 interviews (our
staff is just 14 people!) and had a lot of interaction with us, our customers

Leading on Delivering Excellence
CEG has almost 300 member organisations on a national scale, drawn from
both the private and public sector and from all fields of economic and social
activity. CEG delivers Excellence and Innovation-related Trainings,
Recognition Scheme and Publications and organises different informationexchange
activities for members and customers.
And with success! Spain is the leading country in Europe in terms of the
number of Levels of Excellence recognitions, or “Sellos de Excelencia” as
they call the scheme. In addition, over the years, CEG has trained over
14.000 people in Excellence related matters.
