During the assessment the EFQM Assessor Team noticed that even though<br />
Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez is a large organisation of over 3500 employees, it<br />
still operates as a “family company”. The entire team felt a strong spirit,<br />
loyalty and pride within all staff members. The results confirm their feeling:<br />
studies proof that the refinery is a preferred employer in the area.<br />
Maybe most importantly, Lukoil has the executives that can drive and<br />
inspire the organisation towards any target...to become one of the most<br />
