สนับสนุนจากสำานักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ในสังกัดกระทรวง-
ดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม (DEPA) เพื่อส่งเสริมให้คนไทยสามารถ
เข้าถึงระบบ IoT หรือบ้านอัจฉริยะได้ด้วยต้นทุนที่ต่ำา ลดช่องว่างทาง
เทคโนโลยี และขยายการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ
ยังมีอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้อัจฉริยะภายในบ้านอื่นๆ ที่คิดค้นผลิตออกมา
จำาหน่ายมากมาย เช่น กาต้มน้ำาที่สั่งการทำางานผ่านแอป คำานวณเวลา
เพื่อต้มน้ำารอก่อนจะถึงบ้าน หรือปลุกเราในตอนเช้า, เตียงนอนที่มีความ
สามารถปรับสภาพให้รองรับน้ำาหนักของแต่ละคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของ
ผู้นอน และปรับสภาวะเพื่อการหลับให้ดีที่สุด, เครื่องตรวจสุขภาพ
ต้นไม้ที่คอยรายงานสุขภาพต้นไม้ที่เราปลูก แจ้งเตือนการรดน้ำา ใส่ปุ๋ย
การนำาไปเจอแดด, ม่านอัตโนมัติที่ทำางานโดยการควบคุมด้วยเสียงหรือ

In the Restrooms
Under the sphere form in pure white, the public toilet at Nanago
Dori Park, designed by Kazoo Sato, is a smart toilet responding
to the state of the art technology. It’s contactless, activated by
voice command - an idea long before the spread of the Covid-19
pandemic.
Equipped with smart sanitary wares from Toto that were invented
and developed with a variety of smart functions, this toilet was
designed to meet the convenient lifestyle. The seat cover opens
and closes automatically. An automatic flushing system after use
with the odor elimination system purifies the inside of the toilet
bowl during and after use. Spraying water on the surface inside
the toilet bowl before use to clean the dirt electrolyzed purified
water helps remove impurities and bacterias invisible to the naked
eye. The spray wand automatically cleans itself inside and out to
maintain cleanliness and hygiene and reduce the use of chemicals
for a better world. Smart sanitary ware is not a new thing. It has
been playing a role in the home for a while now and has been
continuously developed.
Home Elevators
Home elevators are not that far away these days. The fact that
houses that are two floors or more with elderly, disabled, pregnant
women cause users to go up and downstairs with difficulty. The
home lift is thus helping these people to live more comfortably and
safely in their homes. Unlike those old days, modern elevators are
designed to be stylish and beautiful. It meets the safety standards
according to the requirements, and low power consumption comes
with an uninterruptible power system, ready to work in a power
failure.
Today’s technology makes elevators easier to deal with in terms of
structure, can be simply installed, and may not need an elevator
space as before, so can achieve installation in confined spaces,
which means the owner can also reduce the cost of building an
elevator shaft.
The control system considers that users, whether elderly or
disabled, can be set up for use in various ways, including limiting
for particular users, access to specific floors, etc. By connecting
smart devices, today’s smart home lift can also command through
the IoT system.
Installing an intelligent home technology system provides
homeowners with comfort. Rather than controlling appliances,
temperature, lights, and other features using different devices, now
homeowners can manage all of the above by using just one device,
usually a smartphone or tablet.
