We now know, those at the highest risk populations for getting<br />

COVID-19 are individuals older than 65 years and/or with pre-existing<br />

conditions. Although we cannot turn back the clock, there<br />

are two ways Purlife can step in – and that is consistent exercise<br />

and adequate nutritional choices. Guess what the best way is to<br />

prevent falling into a high-risk category? Making healthy lifestyle<br />

choices so you do not get a condition to begin with! Even so, exercise<br />

• Improves sleep: There is evidence that suggests regular exercise<br />

helps you fall asleep faster and improves sleep quality — and getting a<br />

good night’s sleep has also been found to boost your immune system.<br />

Regular exercise improves balance, flexibility, strength, mobility,<br />

and cardiovascular health. Plus, it can boost energy and overall<br />
