2222 Chapter 2: Introduction Distress Cradle 2.6 Introduction 2.6.1 Note The Distress cradle is only available with the TT-3084A SAILOR Fleet77 system. Besides being the base for the handset, the Distress cradle is also where a Distress call is initiated or ended. A speaker for hand free operation is located in the lower left side of the cradle. Distress Stop button: Is used to abort a distress call before the connection is established. Power On LED: Indicates that the system is powered on.
