Error message from <strong>CICS</strong>: DFHAC2033 .<br />

When you look up the response code 12, reason code 414, you see this<br />

translates to the message - IRP_ABORT_RECEIVED. You can find this<br />

message in the <strong>CICS</strong> External Interfaces Guide, SC34-6006.<br />

ECI_ERR_SECURITY_ERROR -27<br />

This error can be caused by several different situations, including the following:<br />

► Surrogate security checking has failed. Check the MVS system console for<br />

RACF errors. For details on configuring surrogate security, refer to “Surrogate<br />

user security” on page 101.<br />

► <strong>The</strong> <strong>CICS</strong> TG failed to authenticate the user ID and password specified in the<br />

ECI call. If you do not wish to authenticate this user ID and password within<br />

the <strong>CICS</strong> TG, ensure the variable AUTH_USERID_PASSWORD is not set in<br />

any of the following locations:<br />

– ctgenvvar<br />

– STDENV input member<br />

– <strong>The</strong> .profile of the <strong>CICS</strong> TG started task<br />

– /etc/profile<br />

– ctgstart script<br />

► Program control should be enabled for SDFHEXCI. If this data set has an<br />

alias and you secure on the alias, you will see this error.
