As an alternative to using Application Developer, you can use VisualAge for Java<br />

in combination with the Application Assembly Tool (AAT) to produce deployable<br />

enterprise beans for <strong>WebSphere</strong> Application Server Advanced Edition.<br />

HTML form<br />

<strong>The</strong> HTML form is in index.jsp in the CTGTesterCCIWeb enterprise application<br />

project in <strong>WebSphere</strong> Studio. It is stored under the webApplication folder. <strong>The</strong><br />

HTML form consists of a number of fields where data for the application is<br />

entered. Some of the fields are not used if a managed connection factory is being<br />

used. <strong>The</strong>se are marked as unmanaged options in the HTML. <strong>The</strong> fields on the<br />

form are shown in Table B-2.<br />
