a. Add the following JAR files in the /usr/lpp/ctg500/ctg/deployable directory<br />

to the CLASSPATH. <strong>The</strong>se are the JAR files that you created earlier from<br />

the cicseciRRS.rar file:<br />

cicseciRRS.jar<br />

cicsframe.jar<br />

ctgserver.jar<br />

ctgclient.jar<br />

b. Add the connectors directory to the LIBPATH. Our directory was<br />

/usr/lpp/ctg500/ctg/deployable.<br />

8. Click Selected -> Save to save your changes.<br />

9. To define a <strong>CICS</strong> ECIConnectionFactory as a new J2EE resource perform the<br />

following:<br />

– Locate the J2EE Resources folder under your sysplex, right-click it and<br />

select Add.<br />

– In the properties window, enter the following:<br />

Set the J2EE resource name. We used SCSCPJA1.<br />

Set the J2EE resource type to <strong>CICS</strong>_ECIConnectionFactory.<br />
